Nourish International is now accepting applications for Summer 2010 Projects! Are you interested in international development? Are you looking for experience with community-based development organizations? Are you passionate about public health, poverty alleviation, entrepreneurship, agro-ecology, or education? Information Session: January 21, 2010 at 6pm on the first floor of the Campus Y Project Leader Applications: due January 25, 2010 at midnight Project Team Member Applications: due February 1, 2010 at midnight We have coordinated projects with partner organizations in Rwanda, Turkey, Peru, and Honduras and are looking to create teams of dynamic and dedicated students to carry them out! From UNC Global News - A really excellent article about the Nourish project in partnership with FCB and the Institute for the Study of Americas in El Gusano, Mexico this past summer. Despite some setbacks because of swine flu and pulled funding, 3 students were still able to do excellent work!
